Hand crafted look and feel. Great for very small press runs. Not used very often therefore it stands out from ordinary.
LIMITATIONS
Prints only one color at a time. Limited image area
(8 x 10"). Solids can appear uneven. Very fine type may break up.
PROCESS
Pre Press: Magnesium and wood type-high cuts or steel backed polymer plateOn Press: Petroleum based ink or Vegetable based inks applied directly onto paperPost Press: Cleaning Solvents –So Cal required low VOC emissions - Type-high cuts and polymer plates sent to landfill. - Acid for magnesium dies hauled away by certified waste hauler.
